The subject of this offer is the equipment for minibreweries with producion capacity of  250 - 20.000 hl/year.To manufacture these minibreweries the latest available machinery is combined with skills and decades of experience of the people from the country that gave the world the best beers.The supplied equipment is of a supreme quality and design reflecting the latest knowledge in brewing practices used in the field of minibreweries. The manufacturer is fully EN ISO 9001 certified.

2.3 Energy supply

 

The standard execution is for voltage 3 x 400 V, 50 Hz.

 

Total installed energy inputs (approx.):

• minibrewery 250 - 2.500 hl, brewhouse 5,5 hl - electrical heating: 45 kW

• minibrewery 250 - 2.500 hl, brewhouse 5,5 hl - steam heating: 23 kW, 55 kg of steam 0,4 MPa/hour

• minibrewery 500 - 5.000 hl, brewhouse 11 hl, steam heatings: 20 kW, 130 kg of steam 0,4 MPa/hour

• minibrewery 1.000-10.000 hl,brewhouse 22 hl, steam heatings:26 kW, 240 kg of steam 0,4 MPa/hour

 

2.4 Basic raw materials

 

Water :  - consumption  4 - 5 hl water for 1 hl of beer

- source capacity  - without accumulation: min. 1 l/s

- with accumulation: min. 0,3 l/s

- waste water 3 - 4 hl/hl of beer

- BSK5 1,0 - 2,0 kg/m3

 

Pilsner malt: 18 kg/hl of beer

Granulated hops: 300 g/hl of beer (it is possible to replace partly with hops extract)

Brewery yeast: 0,1-0,6 l/hl of beer

 

3. Equipment specification

3.1   Brewhouse - available are three sizes (5,5 hl, 11 hl, 22 hl/brew). Surfaces of the shells, blankets are processed by classic traditional coppersmith’s technology.

3.2   Wort cooling. Board cooler, aerating machine.

3.3   Fermentation and lagering. (classic technology)

3.4   Drawing tanks.

3.5   Water system, sanitation (hot water tank, sanitation tank).

3.6   Cooling for technological equipment.

3.7   Air compressor with compressed air cleaner and microbial air filter.

3.8   Basic, hand control and regulation module.

3.9   Spare parts.

Note:  The equipment is  in the basic standard execution. We are able to change the scope and the execution of supplied equipment to adjust the equipment to the concrete requirements and to the conditions at the installation site.

Price level:     The above mentioned prices are informative, exclude VAT, duty, customs and other fees paid in the transit country or the country of destination, transport, packing, assembly or main assembly, accommodation costs of assemblers, main assembler and technicians, assembly material, technological project, building or building adaptations, supplies of energies and media, civils into object.

Note:  The offer contains only the representative sizes of minibreweries according to years capacity. We would be delighted to offeryou minibreweries of any size and type in the capacityrange from 250 to 20000 hl per year in accordance with your requirements.

 

5. Term of delivery

Standard delivery term is 3 - 5 months after signing of the contract with the customer, according to the extent of delivery.

6. Validity of the offer

Prices mentioned in this informative offer are valid for 3 months from the date of issue stipulated below.
