Atomic Metallurgical Engineering , along only - technology


The technology creates new technology procedures on the base of new patents and know-how. The new adaptation and arrangement possibilities of production technologies (electroforming, metallurgy, engineering etc) were found.


There are considerable lower investment and production costs in this technology. This technology enables us to create products that are more complicated and can't be produced in the classic way (foundry and machinery). There are possibilities to launch the new product series that are incomparable with other products, into world market.

The technology may use waste and scrap material as input. The next advantage is the low energy consumption.: The decomposition (partial fraction expansion) of one kilogram of metal (copper, iron, nickel) with repeated spreading requires (in the case of 1000 A and 1 - 2 V) only 1 - 2 kWh.


The electroforming is well known technological procedure, but unfortunately with some negative and limited factors, for example the lines of force influence, pitting (hydrogen decease) etc. Our team was successful and remove limited factors in a few steps.


The technology is possible to use in the six ways:

1.     Low temperature melting metals technology

2.     Jet (nozzle) technology

3.     Granule technology

4.     Wick technology

5.     Continuous technology

6.     Combined procedures


1.     Low temperature melting metals technology

Low temperature melting metals (special alloys) were invented and patented with the help of Research institute. 

The prepared special alloy with zero expandability and contraction is used for creating the form. 


The first step:

The model of the new product is cast from the alloy at a temperature from 50 to 90 degrees Celsius. This model creates the hollow of the next product.


The second step:

The chosen material is spread in the galvanic way on the model. If needed the products can be manufactured in various combinations of the demanded layers.


The third step:

After desired thickness is reached the semi-finished product is heated up (in hot water) and the model metal is drained off. Then the product is finished.


This is only a basic procedure. There are more modifications as follows:

It is possible to create another form by leaving some points on the products surface uncovered and the connecting them with other layers. This can be repeated several times. It is also possible to change the metal surfaces to connect other metals without heating and the danger of internal stress and fissures.

It is possible to produce in this way

-         All types of heat exchangers (either for flats or industry).

Two new systems were patented which enables to increase the heating or cooling performance in penetrative way

·        special heat spiral tube

·        wire heat exchanger tube

-         Various types of moulds, dies and other (with several times low production


-         Car bodies and other products.


2.     Jet (nozzle) technology

The new system of spreading materials in the space {outside the vat or tank) with electronic regulation was patented. This system removes the lines of force influence and increases the speed of spreading 5 – 10 times in the place of impact.

This procedure enables needed spreading into tubes, threads, gaps etc.


3.     Granule technology

It limits (cuts) possibility of pitting (hydrogen decease). It accelerate the production procedure. It decreases the dimensions of production means and electrolyte consumption 50 – 100 times. 


4.     Wick technology

It enables “cold welding” of various parts without isothermal imperfections. Wick technology is used (apart from other applications) in repairs and renovations. It minimalizes material and electricity power consumption. It provides a wide use in various productions for example :  the tubes welding, other metal parts welding without  X – ray examination necessity.


5.     Continuous technology

It is a continuous procedure with automatic control which enables the production of

·        Various shapes tubes including spirals for heating or cooling

·        Supporting profiles i.e. girders and supports with 10 times lighter weight

·        Pneumatic and hydraulic logical circuits etc.


6.     Combined procedures

The combination of all five mentioned procedures enables to receive the significant lower production costs in comparison with classical procedures.



All products produced by technology have pure metals with good crystallisation which reaches several times strengths (breakdown strength, tensile strength, compression strength) in theory, up to 100 times stronger than heat treated metals. Heat treated metals in classic procedure become contaminated with various admixtures and their crystalline structure is disrupted


It is possible to increase the strength either by combining various metals or by changing the current density including other electrical and physical parameters. The last possibility is very interesting. If we are changing the mentioned parameters then we receive the various sizes of crystals. The resulting composites are created in this practical way.


All products are protected (the inside and outside surface) with contra corrosion layers.



The technology is a pure ecological closed system with 100 % recycled waste. It means that not only metals, electrolyte, but the rinse water recycles too.

The technology does not harm nature. 



-  simplified procedures (several times decreasing of production operations)

-  higher quality of the outside and inside surfaces of the products

-  decreased investment and production costs,

-  decreased working hours

-  increased material economy (the technology uses waste and scrap material)

-  decreased energy consumption (several times lower)

-  materials are refined with each recycling

No any similar technology which creates the whole engineering products is known all over the world – it is the result of several patent searches.

1.       About 5 % of sulphuric acid                in solution. It is very diluted solution.

2.       Ferro sulphat                                                 x 7

3.       Copper sulphat                                               x 5

4.       Or other ferric solution diluted by water which are not harmful.



Everry galvanic line has a neutralize station constructed next the line. In this station is possible to neutralize every solution (in the case of an accident) and old electrolyte (after about two years).

The technology is a pure ecological closed system with 100 % recycled waste. It means that not only metals, electrolyte, but the rinse water recycles too.

The technology does not harm nature.
